For Title IX’s 50th anniversary adidas wanted to go big with a high-profile, newsworthy event reinforcing their commitment to making sport equal for all. Our team decided to go even bigger, producing a multi-day photo shoot in Los Angeles welcoming fifteen young women as adidas’ first class of NCAA NIL athletes. We quickly followed that up the next week with a Signing Day event in NYC attended by icons of equality in sport like Billie Jean King and Layshia Clarendon, making these women's partnership with the brand official. We then produced a week long event at the University of Miami in partnership with Athlete Ally, furthering their and adidas commitment to drive education, policy reform and organizing of student-athletes to spur equity on campus and in sport.
